Do you schedule inspections?
No. I have found, that in order to avoid conflicting scheduling and potential confusion, that it is more efficient for the agent & client to schedule directly. This includes any repair work and final walk through appointments.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm via email, phone & text. I am unavailable on weekends & federal holidays.
What if the file cancels?
Things happen and sometimes, for whatever reason, a transaction cancels. I will still complete the file for compliance and depending on work rendered, there may be a cancellation fee.
